Today, I’m excited to share a nutritious and balanced way to enjoy this childhood favorite – Chicken Chowmein with Indomie Noodles. This recipe is packed with protein and veggies, making it a fulfilling meal that you can feel good about eating! Ingredients: Carrots: 85g Green bell pepper: 50g Spring onion: 50g Chicken breast: 435g (2 pieces) Light soy sauce: 40ml (divided) Olive oil: 15ml Seasonings: Pepper powder, garlic powder, and salt to taste Indomie Mi Goreng Special Fried Noodles Flavour: 5 packs (85g each) Instructions: 1. This Spicy Honey Mustard Protein Salad is perfect for a healthy meal that doesn't compromise on flavor. 🥗✨ Ingredients For the salad: 100g (about 4 cups) Romaine lettuce 25g (about 1 cup) Spring salad mix 15g (about 1/2 cup) Kale 50g (about 1/2 cup) Sweet potatoes 75g (about 3/4 cup) Carrots 50g (about 5-7) Cherry tomatoes 170g (about 6 oz) Chicken breast 10g (about 1 tbsp) Low-fat feta cheese For the dressing: 115g (about 1/2 cup) Low-fat Greek yogurt 35g (about 2 tbsp) Honey mustard Chilli powder (to taste) Sea salt (to taste) Black pepper (to taste) Garlic powder (to taste) 30ml (about 2 tbsp) Water Instructions Prep & Cook the Veggies : Chop the sweet potatoes and carrots.
