This recipe is packed with protein and veggies, making it a fulfilling meal that you can feel good about eating!


Ingredients:

  • Carrots: 85g
  • Green bell pepper: 50g
  • Spring onion: 50g
  • Chicken breast: 435g (2 pieces)
  • Light soy sauce: 40ml (divided)
  • Olive oil: 15ml
  • Seasonings: Pepper powder, garlic powder, and salt to taste
  • Indomie Mi Goreng Special Fried Noodles Flavour: 5 packs (85g each)


Instructions:

1. Prep the Veggies:

  • Start by chopping the carrots (85g), green capsicum (50g), and spring onion (50g) into small pieces.


2. Season the Chicken:

  • Marinate the chicken breasts (435g) with 20ml of light soy sauce, pepper powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Air fry the chicken at 170°C for 25 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your air fryer.


3. Cook the Veggies:

  • While the chicken is cooking, heat 15ml of olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped carrots, capsicum, and spring onions to the pan and sauté until they are tender.


4. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Once the chicken is done, chop it into small pieces.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan with the veggies.
  • Pour in the remaining 20ml of soy sauce and stir well. Adjust the seasoning with pepper powder, garlic powder, and salt if needed.


5. Cook the Noodles:

  • In a separate pot, boil the Indomie Mi Goreng noodles according to the package instructions (about 5 minutes).
  • Drain the noodles and mix in the seasoning provided in the packets.


6. Combine and Serve:

  • Add the cooked veggies and chicken to the noodles.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly.
